OMG! Honestly I expected less.These hats are great qualityThe embroidery is excellentShipping was fineand the Packing was great. Thought they'd be crushed in shipping.

Vendor shipped my product via USPS and the mail person stuffed it mercilessly into the 4 inch square mailbox and mutilated the product to the point that is unwearable, looks disheveled and wrinkled. Embroidery is decent but product is jacked. A waste of money and weeks of wait. Will never buy another product from this vendor.

I know I look like a crazy hillbilly in the photo. That's kinda the point. I ordered my "Dale Gribble Mack" hat and hoped for the best. I looked for about two weeks and couldn't find anything worth buying. It took some work to create. But they did a great job on this. It isn't just stitched. It's a material that is printed, then stitched on. And it looks perfect. I hope it holds up over time. But I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Wingo!

Well, all the reviews are true. The seller ships the hat in what my friends call "a body bag". The embroidery is GREAT and I loved it! But by the time it got to me, the hat was wrinkled and destroyed. After a couple weeks of letting it get steamed in my bathroom showers, some of the creases are going away a little bit. But I don't think I'm going to buy from this seller again.

I provided camera-ready artwork of a logo, and they embroidered it and attached it to a cap. Color reproduction was good, and several people asked how they could buy one. I will be ordering more!

I was apprehensive about buying these since I had not seen the embroidery or quality and I was pleasantly surprised! Worth every penny! Amazing value for the dollar!

It turned out EXACTLY as designed, and at less than half the cost when locally done. The hat takes several weeks to get here. So if you have time, this is the way to go.

The custom embroidery on the cap was exactly placed according to the design I sent. The embroidery is excellent. My only issue is that the delivery took so long, but it did arrive within the specified timeframe. However, it was packaged in a very small bag and therefore arrived very flat and creased. I’m all for using less plastic, but it took several attempts at trying to steam out the creases. This is my only reason for giving them 4 stars and not 5 otherwise I’m very happy with the cap.
