I needed to reposition my broadband router/modem with Virgin Media to get a better signal in my property, but the cable provided was too short, and I can never seem to get through to customer support to send an extension or get an engineer to reposition the equipment.I found this and took a chance to install it myself, and it works perfectly - speeds are exactly the same as they were before I used the new cable so the quality is there, and it gives me more flexibility on where I can position it.

Quality seems pretty good, it's plated so can't judge the quality of the copper but stupidly missed the word "extension" in the title and was expecting a male-to-male cable. This is a male-to-female cable. Don't be a numpty like me and search the proper cable you need.

Works perfectly for extending virgin media broadband router, seems well made and was reasonably priced!

This product was easy to install and a great length, however this cable did not fit my virgin media TV box even though the description says virgin media broadband cable for tivo and superhub. Therefore I would make sure you know that this is the correct wire for you as it is not refundable which is a shame and I wish I realised that before purchasing this product because even though the price is fair, by the time you pay for delivery it rises, which may be frustrating to spend on a cable that does not fit your box.
