Love these bulbs themselves and never had an issue, but recently just had 2 orders arrive with one broken bulb and then both broken. Not sure what's happening recently but the stores are not taking care of these properly and are arriving damaged. With equipment animals urgently depend on this is really unacceptable. Ordered from another supplier.

These are usually great, and what I use in my ball python's 4x3x2 viv, but I bought these in September 2025 and by today (Dec 9th) both bulbs have blown. Not sure why, but not happy with how short a time they were useful for. When they worked they were great and kept the viv up to temp, but since they've stopped working they are of no use now.

Good value and lasts decent amount of time, brings up temperature for my reptiles basking spots and available in different watts to suit the needs of different species

Due to winter coming to an end thankfully, dropped the 150 Watt bulb to 100 watt for bearded dragon, he's loving life and still have play on the thermostat set to 39 and on 41 bask, double pack so when one goes no panic required but arcadia bulbs lasts many months, easy to install and heat levels what I Want, the highest quality avaliable and only bulbs I would use, perfect price

Arrived relatively promptly. However, one of the two bulbs is internally smashed, you can hear it rattle. Takes away from the value of buying this twin pack.
