Does the job.
Dose the exactly as advertised. Started to feel improvement after wearing twice 👌👍

Useless.
Not sealed at all, air leaks from 3 different spots (tested it under water) right out of the box, complete waste of money, do not buy this product.

Works Great!
For someone who can often wake up with a sore neck from various sleeping positions this brace was great for helping me ease that. It’s simple to use and offers great support. Would recommend!

Far better than I expected
This traction device arrived, folded, in a cellophane bag without any instructions.It's fairly evident how to use it. There are 3 inflatable sections which are blown up by hand via a small "bulb" - just like the old fashioned blood pressure machines.It fixes around the neck via two large velcro pads. Once in place you simply pump it up and twist the valve, by the bulb, shut to prevent any air leakage.You can really feel the stretch in your neck as the device inflates but it's soft to the touch and actually feels quite comfortable. With no instructions, you need to find out what works best for you but I don't feel as though I need to keep this on for a long time to feel the benefit.Being a neutral grey colour, it looks smart and feels like good quality.At £19.79, at time of review, it's fairly pricey (for what amounts to three inflable cushions) but I can feel the benefit so it does what it's supposed to. Improving neck pain is rather priceless really.......

When I eventually found out how to use it it worked excellent for me on my neck and shoulders.
Easy to use support very comfortable pain reliever easy to store away.

The bad smell
The product is useful, it helps reduce neck pain but everyone's situation is different, it may not work for all neck problems.The product really smells bad. That's the only negative thing so far. The smell is so disgusting that if the smell doesn't go away after a while I may change my mind and return it.

UTTER JUNK
Total lack of quality control .. Didnt inflate . Totally uselessAs is trying to alter a returns QR code to a place that might actually be open Gave up in the and binned it .
