Doesn't last
It lasted two summers and sprung a leak. If 2 years is enough for you it works ok, but two years is not enough for me, especially at this price. I'm going back to the old style hose. And the lifetime warranty is a joke.

Great Idea - Not Durable!
Purchased the 100ft version. Worked great for two years! This year the hose failed - leaking pin hole in hose. Tried to get a warranty replacement from Bulbhead but they directed me to the manufacturer. Their "lifetime replacement" is based on their discretion that the material or workmanship was defective and product will be replaced or repaired at their option. Just return item in original packaging, order number & receipt along with the processing fee. So they will probably thank you for the processing fee but say they are sorry the hose did not fail due to any defects. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I recommend this garden hose
I recommend this garden hose. It is lightweight and easy to handle and put away. I replaced a 4 yr old pocket hose with this one. While I was pleased with the earlier version, this new one is nicer. The connectors feel stronger and fit together nicely. The hose itself has a better, tougher exterior that I like very much and has not made it any heavier to move around. If you have never used this type of hose before, make sure to follow the recommendations and completely drain the hose after use before storing it. I drop it loosely into a hose bucket and do not hang it.

Nice product
These hoses work great for what I use them for. Traditional hoses would be better for pressure washers, but for watering the grass, landscape beds and letting the kids play with in summer time they are pretty handy. They are also a lot easier to store and carry for the elderly than traditional hoses. Keep stored inside as I believe the hose inner material can be damaged if left outside.

Hose blew a hole in it after two months!!!!
I bought mine in April 2018 and thought it was great until June 2018 when I noticed the water pressure in the house was low. The checked around the hose for standing water and found goosy grass where the hose was attached to the sprinkler. I turned the water off at the house and my pressure came back up. Low and behold the hose had sprung a leak and went all day undetected. Piece of crap second hose for me. These actors they use for promoting the products should test them out before going on TV and telling everyone how great the product is. Judging by the complaints on this hose, Richard Kearns is pushing a bogus product. Don't but this product it will not last!!!!!

Doesn’t last!
Loved the hose till it popped a leak in the middle of it. Had it right at 3 months.

Good news, bad news
I love this hose. It is so easy to use and doesn't tangle up on itself. It is easy to put away and extends to quite a length. It is lightweight and easy to move. However, we have bought it twice - each time, the hose has ruptured. It is frustrating to spend so much for something you truly like only to have it burst within 3 months of purchase.

Great hose - Better than the original green ones.
We bought this for our cabin. We needed a long hose to reach our gardens. The old hose was TOO heavy and watering was a chore. My husband loves it. The spray head really works well and puts out a strong spray. We've had pocket hoses before. The original ones are really bad (green with plastic connectors). This one has reinforced hosing, and metal connectors. We have had this same kind for at least two years now in our yards, and they still don't leak.
