Review: Works well. Had no issues. - Delided an R5-2400g and an older A8-7600 APU using this in a Delid Die Mate 2. Both destined for compact M-ITX cases. Both have had the TIM replaced with liquid metal after applying a conformal coating to vulnerable components on the PCB. Both had the residual glue cleaned up and the heat spreader glued back on with silicone adhesive Both running lower temperatures using Noctua NH-L9A low profile coolers (One with and AM3 backplate the other AM4)
