30 days in. Good Product.
I just ordered my second bottle. I’ve had two cycles since I’ve started this product. The first one was really bad as I just started the vitamin so I really wasn’t expecting much. However the second cycle was really good. I didn’t have the bad mood swings that are triggered by PMS, I didn’t have extreme bloating, and the cramps were minimal. Even in between the cycles the cravings for different foods has reduced. Overall, a really good product. Also, intimacy with my husband has been better on my part.I do recommend for those who are looking for just a more comfortable experience in between and during cycles.

Game changer!
Game changer! Took a chance on taking these after based on TT people talking about high cortisol….thought “sounds like me”. Begin taking them and body has changed over 3 months. No more puffy face. Pair this with Mary Ruth lymphatic drops ! 5/5! 53yr female and this is on auto ship!

Doesn't work
Caused more problems than I already have. Gave me bloating, constipation, didn't help with sleep or any of the things it claimed. Do NOT recommend

Side effect
Not sure if this works or not. Been taking it for only 5 days. Weird side effects super sleepy to the point groggy and hard to wake up. Feeling like crap thru the day super tired. I am suspecting this product will stop for few days and see what happens. I guess it's a good sleep aid.
