Nothing terrible, nothing special.
This badge holder is okay, and I haven't had any real problems with it. If you look in the photo you'll see that the hook and the clear clip are on the same little unit. I use the clear clip, and I haven't found a way to remove the hook without breaking the thing. The extending piece of the badge holder is also pretty heavy, and has a tendency to swing side to side as you're walking. It's a little awkward, but I mostly end up sitting in my desk all day, anyway.
