Extremely good European style chef knife, perfect for everyday use.Very comfortable to hold in a pinch grip and use for extended periods of prep work, with a good weight and balance so it never gets tiring to use and never feels like I'm not in total control.Very easy to sharpen and keep in good shape if you stone it regularly, comes with a factory angle that a little wide for my personal preference, but once stoned down to how I like no issues at all.A little wide at the spine for certain fine detail tasks so I sometimes switch to a very thin spine santoku if needed, but definitely my go-to knife for any kind of prep or cooking task.5 Stars

Very stylish. Good grip, sharp, slices through raw meat very well. Very high quality knife with a large blade. Goes with the essential and professional 4 piece sets in the jet black range. Really like this knife.
