These work great for my Dell R630 server. Drives go right in, and then they slide right into the bays.

These work great in a Dell R620. The screw alignment works well on both 2.5” SATA and SAS drives. The button does require a bit more of a push than the factory trays to release the pull tab but they fit and work just fine.
