I have been disappointed with most of the kitchen cutting gadgets I have tried, but this one is a big exception. It is made from sturdy plastic and it feels solid when it is set up. The cutting blade is all but hidden, making an accidental cut very unlikely. It operates smoothly and effortlessly. There is a dial to set the thickness of the slices, so there's no need to change parts. It cleans easily and folds flat for easy storage. I've only had it for a short time, but so far I have found nothing negative. I would buy this again.

I was impressed with the mandolin slicer. The blade is sharp and cute through potatoes like butter. It made quick work of the scalloped potatoes for Thanksgiving dinner. It cleaned up easily and stores nicely. It is light weight and easy to handle and the suction cups keeps it in place while using.

Best mandolin slicer I’ve ever had. It’s really easy to use and it stick good to my counter. It’s safe and the blades are very sharp. Test the thickness one one slice before going to town on chopping. I regretted the thickness of my cucumber but the motion is so smooth that I kept going without checking. It seems like a really great value Vs others I have tried as its design is very ergonomic and no really huge risk of slicing my finer when using the mechanisms included. The only downside side for me was cleaning as that when safety becomes tricky and it’s a bit difficult to get into the blades and the crevices.

This works great and saves your fingers. It is easy to set up and use, has multiple thickness setting and is sturdy. It is also easy enough to clean. My only complaint is that I often have to cut veggies in half because the "chute" is too small to take, for instance, a full onion or a big potato. For many recipes i cook, i need full onion slices so I have to drag out the scary, finger-torturing mandoline rather than using this much safer one. If I do use this mandoline, when cut, the onions move around more in the chute resulting in slices cut not at the angle I intended.

I’m very happy with this mandolin slicer. It’s sturdy, sharp, and slices vegetables evenly every time. I’ve used it for potatoes, onions, cucumbers, and carrots, and it works beautifully. The adjustable thickness is very convenient, and it’s much faster than cutting by hand. Cleanup is quick, and it stores easily. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who cooks at home.

I really like this mandolin slicer, I recently used it to slice potatoes thin for a new recipe. It cut prep time in half,made it a breeze. And the new recipe was awesome. Setup was easy, slicing was super easy and safe, never worried about slicing my fingers and the suction cup feet kept it safe and secure. Cleanup was easy with included cleaning brush, slicer is sturdy sharp, and adjustable. And it also sells at a reasonable price. It was actually fun to use.

I sliced potatoes, zucchinis & sweet onion. It was very easy. I quartered the veggies with a knife very easily. Sautéed veggies then topped with a little shredded cheese, 2 eggs over easy and salsa. So very delicious. IMO, for safety, follow instructions to set up. Take care when cleaning the section with the blade. Before rinsing that section set the thickness to the largest setting. Use a a straw cleaning brush to remove any small amounts of veggies that might get in there.

This was an exceptional device! Much safer than a mandolin, though I like to call it a womandolin because I am a feminist. Truly, I was able to rip through 3 lbs of potatoes for my Gruyère scalloped potatoes in no time. Faster than Trump ruined the United States, if you can believe that! I highly recommend this for everybody who wishes to be safer while cooking and is also looking to save some extra time so you can heckle your family while preparing dinner for the holidays.

This is the easiest mandolin I've ever bought. I've never liked any of the others I've purchased. This is the best of the best. So easy to use and you dial the blades to the cut you want rather than having to fiddle with changing sharp blades. I recommend this to everyone.. Plus its easy to store since there are few parts to deal with. Speedy, sharp, light weight, great value for little cost.
