As someone who deals with regular stress and recovering adrenal fatigue taking Ashwagandha is extremely helpful.I have done capsules and tinctures before but when the option of gummies came across my Vine feed I had to give them a try.I have seen the other reviews rather mixed on the texture and flavor but I found them very enjoyable.They are not gummy like you might be expecting- not like a candy gummy bear. They are more of a grainy texture and break apart easily. I really liked the sweet flavor of them and actually looked forward to taking them as part of my evening routine.Overall I really liked these and would recommend them based on that alone. It was hard to tell if they delivered on the calming as have been taking Ashwagandha now for awhile. But my stress did not get worse while on them :)

Taste is fine but did nothing for my Anxiety. Of course, they maybe made for those with a slight anxiety problem.

i am not sure how much stress relief I'm getting but these seem to not be doing any damage at least and they're pretty palatable! there isn't a ton of info about 3rd party testing on the bottle

These stress relief gummies are too soft, too sweet, and gooey for my liking. If you like this type of texture and sweetness, then these might be ok for you. These are berry flavored. They are not tasty for my personal preference. There are 60 gummies in this bottle, and they are gluten-free and vegan friendly. A serving is 2 gummies and has 20 calories. I wished I like these gummies more because I could certainly reduce stress and gain more calmness in my life. But, I do not like their taste or texture at all. They are not palatable. They are sweet, but the flavor is really lacking and the texture is just not a true, gummy-like texture. 😜🙁😝🤔😆

I AM SO HAPPY & CALM NOW! I'm a high cortisol person. Busy mind & tense muscles, grinding/fixed teeth. Lack of quality sleep has haunted me for years. Tah dah! 2 of these gummies & I slept almost immediately! Yawning & then bam!- awoke refreshed, calm, happy, and relaxed body & mind. This bottle doesn't come as full as it appears in the picture, but I think part of that might be that the bottom half are all clumped together.There are 60 gummies in the bottle. The serving size says 2 gummies, but suggested use is one gummy per day for children 12 and younger, and for those over 12 it is 2-4 gummies per day. So depending on who is taking these and which amount they choose, the bottle can last 15-60 days.The expiration date on mine is Jan 2026, so about 1.75 years from now.I can't quite place the scent, and the ingredients only say "natural flavor." Tasting them doesn't help much - it's kind of a fruity flavor followed by a moment of aftertaste that I don't enjoy, but I can't place the flavor. As for gummies, these are the least gummy gummies I've ever had. It's almost like chewing a grainy marshmallow.The price seems a little high for one month, especially when there are more enjoyable gummies out there for less. I do like that their levium website has a money-back guarantee, since Amazon doesn't accept returns of supplements. And their information IS impressive, so you can try them out and judge for yourself.I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This does say they are manufactured in the USA.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but from the start I feel like these did help me feel a bit calmer. And I like that the bottle has a working number to contact the distributor. The flavor of these stress relief gummies is pretty good. The consistency falls somewhere between soft and firm, making them easy to chew but they are a bit waxy feeling. I noticed that they did improve my mood and help calm my nerves, particularly on tough days. I'm not sure the price is justified though.
