Arrived well before the due date which was great.I had to look at other customers reviews for fitting instruction. 4 screws used and fits well but lets a very tiny chink of light in at the bottom corners; not enough to spoil the overall darkening properties. I am hoping it will reduce the solar gain on the room as well but time will tell as we are just about to go into a 32c + heatwave. Looks good and quite sleek, the frame matched the finish on the Velux . Pleased so far.Worse thing was the instruction,.

Good value for money

So far customer service has been good, although I am still waiting to arrange for the item to be picked up as their return policy - no reponse on this issue. Sizing was too short despite matching the right size, which was a shame because its a well built product and I liked the colour ranges provided.

When blinds are delivered you get extra fittings that are for a different blind so that can be confusing. Go to you tube & you’ll instal the blinds within minutes. Very good quality blinds for the price. I ordered 2 blinds, 1 of the blinds came away at the side but we opened the blind fully then pulled down shut & the blind went back into place hadn’t done it since. Would definitely order again. Bargain especially for a very large velux window

Absolutely amazing blackout blinds and great value

The blind and mount are good quality. There's very little light seeping through, and they fit perfectly.However, the instructions are not only unfathomable, they're actually deceptive - and the videos on the company website show a man with his back to you rather than any actual installation of the blinds.It turns out, they're actually really easy to install. If you've installed one before, it won't take two minutes. But if it's your first time installing a skylight blind, you're going to spend hours trying to follow the unfathomable, misleading instructions.We've just moved to a new house, I've put up sixteen pieces of flatpack, and four blinds (including this one) in three days, and this was the only thing I've had any problems with. It's not like I can't follow a manual, the manual is just the single most incompetent set of instructions ever created since the dawn of the universe. They're even less realistic than a British Rail time table.But again, the blind is fine, and it's really easy to fit once you realise the instructions are a work of fiction, and figure out what you're doing.

Much better value than the branded alternative, simple to fit and works well. Will have to see if they last but hope so.

I’m so happy with these blinds which I brought to replace my old velux blinds. They are so easy to install and fit perfectly. I ordered 4 in total and would definitely recommend
