My first love will always be Shark Navigator. Nothing will ever come between us. And I only had shark Hydro vac for a few days so it’s a new thing. So I’m trying not to get too excited since, you know, issues might come up. But so far, kind of in love.

Excellent vacuum for cleaning the tile floors in your home or office. Battery life is decent, about 30 to 40 minutes. Cleans itself automatically when one returns it to it's stand. Cleaning is excellent, but dies not scrub 3-d tile, or grout lines as the brush is not that thick. But for flat surface tile it is wonderful. The cleaning fluid smells great, and makes it easy to keep your tile clean! What it does, it does extremely well.

I’ve been using this product for a couple of months now. At first, during the first month or two, it was okay. It picked things up well and that part was lovely. I got the heavy-duty version was about $300 and I use it only on tiles. I can’t even imagine how bad it would be if I had carpets!I used it exactly as instructed. I never used anything other than their own cleaning solution and I cleaned every single part after every use. No exceptions. I didn’t misuse it at all.But as you can see from the pictures, instead of cleaning, it’s actually leaving dirt all over the floor. Dirty water just leaks out, and I have no idea how, because everything,, filters, rollers, parts was clean. It’s just smearing dirt around instead of picking it up.I’m extremely unhappy with this purchase. It’s honestly the biggest waste of money. If you’re spending nearly $300, you might as well double that amount and get something that actually works. This product is a joke. A useless joke. Especially if you have carpets, I’d suggest you to think ten times before buying this.Now I have to mop everything again, which defeats the whole purpose. It’s unbelievable. There are so many other products out there, not even the top of the line ones, that do a million times better job than this. My friends and family using other products agree this was one of the worst purchases I’ve made. I took a chance and this was the result.Also, cleaning all the parts every time is not easy. It’s messy, and on top of that, you’re locked into buying their own solution constantly. Yeah. Total waste of money.Plus, worth to say, it’s just a one bed apartment, battery barely lasts for the whole area..

I love this vacuum/mop. The dirty water I removed was extensive. It's nice to have a vacuum and hard floor surface cleaner in one unit. It's very easy to clean (self cleaning). It really picks up debris and cleans well. It beats vacuuming and mopping with 2 devices. Love the 2 in 1.The suction power lacks and it leaves little puddles in some areas. My areas rugs were barely damp when I used it but I've only used it one time and I think I need to use it more and become more accustomed to the settings.Overall, very happy!

The media could not be loaded. After owning several cordless vacuums, I purchased a shark and I will never go back! I never imagined a cordless vacuum could out-perform a corded one, especially my 6 year old beloved CORDED Dyson. After purchasing the shark, I was so impressed with the performance capabilities, the Dyson was retired to the basement. While I understand tech evolves and I’m sure Dyson offers similar functionality today, shark offers at half the cost. When looking for something more versatile to mop and clean my floors, I knew it had to be a shark and this product did not disappoint. I have 2 dogs and the amount of hair it suctions up is unreal. Attached pic is just what I swept out of the main atea after cleaning (which I do every other day) and the self clean function will spit out at an equivalent amount of hair. Love the self clean as well. Shark is my new brand for life. ❤️❤️

It does a decent job overall but I find that the battery dies super quickly. You got about 20 mins before you have to plug it back in which sucks. The dirty water tank capacity is really small so I’m constantly having to stop to empty it out as I’m using it. Really inconvenient. & idk if maybe I got a faulty one, but my vacuum often leaks!!! I have to take out and re-insert the dirty water tank multiple times so it can stop leaking. Such a headache!

The media could not be loaded. For 1, this product came without the solution as shown in pictures, I still used it and got my own solution, but after not even 2 weeks the product began to fail. I runs for a couple seconds and stops saying it needs more clean water, I tried changing the water 2 times! But my guess is the problem is in the hose that carries the water down to the roller. Called Amazon to see what my options were, I was told I could call manufacturer to help troubleshoot, honestly idk if is worth the hassle, I also noticed the “self cleaning “ option is worthless, the roller stinks if you don’t take it off every time and scrub yourself with soap. Honestly I expected more from this shark duo. Am just lucky am still in the 30 day return mark, is not worth keeping it if is going to keep jamming.
