I don’t know if these worked. I get glutathione injections to support immunity and randomly tried these bc I was traveling. They don’t stick very well. That’s pretty much all I can say about them.

I got these about 10 days ago and put one on. I've already lost 5 pounds plus I don't crave sweets the way I use to. So far, no side effects.
