Comfy, cost effective and absorbent
Got these as wasn't sure about reusable pads and didn't want to purchase the most expensive on the market. I was very impressed with the absorbency and how well and quickly they washed and dried up.I do not want to say they will not leak but then nothing can be totally leak proof. I only had issues when I wore them for a very long time and it was my own fault for not being prepared/organised enough. Even then it was not like there was a sudden explosion!The only thing I found truly strange was they did not affix to the bra, which during the day was not a problem but at night when moving about found they could end up in the wrong place! I simply wore them during the day and went for disposable ones at night. Still cut my costs by a lot as I was using a lot of disposables.

Perfectly functional if not glamorous
[I actually bought the cream ones, but they seem not to be available for me to review!]I haven't tried any other types of breast pad and I don't know if I have a particularly high or low leakage rate, but here is how I have found using these:They are perfectly comfortable to wear. They do add bulk to the bra, and can be a bit lumpy especially once I have opened the bra to feed and then put it all back in place - it can be difficult to smooth them out discreetly in public! However, I do not feel that they are conspicuous. I am using a mothercare nursing bra and a sleep bra and there is plenty of room in each for the pads to reside without poking out.They are pretty absorbent. I usually use one pair a day, throughout the day and night, although occasionally I need to replace them (if I am block feeding, for example, and the unused breast gets a bit full and consequently leaks more). They do not stop all damp patches, since through feeding the bra and pad get scrunched up and some dampness can transfer, but this is not the fault of the pad.They are very easy and quick to wash (although there is some light staining to some of them) and they dry overnight on a clothes horse so it is very easy to maintain a supply.

Eco-Friendly and Cost Effective Breast Pads
I'm trying to be more eco-friendly and these washable breast pads are a great step in going more green. I use washable nappies and wipes for my little one, which led me to discovering these washable breast pads. I wish I had come across/thought of these sooner as I could have saved about £80.00 that I have spent on disposable breast pads. These pads are very soft and discreet, I do not find they bunch up or show through my clothing so am very pleased. They keep my dry and fresh and have washed up really well. I change them morning and evening and that works fine for me, but I am not feeding as often now that my daughter is nearly 8 months old. You may need to change them more often in the earlier weeks and months.I bought one pack of 12, which is working fine for me at this stage, however I will probably buy another pack of 12, ready for subsequent babies and feeding so that I have enough for any leaks in the early days. These are incredibly cost effective and great for the environment, I have no negative points!

Great for night time use
Lovely and soft. A good number in a pack and great value for money. On the negative points. They are visible through my top, so I now only wear them overnight. Also a few of them are coming apart after only a couple of months use.

Do not buy this product
Bought this because of the good reviews I have read. This product is a waste of space. It doesn't fit into your Bra nicely. It looks like you are inserting tissues in your bra or wearing an out of shape bra that makes your boobies look weird. And most importantly it doesn't absorb leakage. Used it to sleep for the first time last night and woke up in the morning with my top and sheet WET. Definitely not buy again

They are great! They are far more absorbent than any disposables I tried and they don't irritate the skin. I started using them even before my milk came in, because my nursing bras were too scratchy. They are really soft and feel great even against sore nipples.They wash well with light and dark clothes. Just remember not to use fabric softener, because it makes them less absorbent!Big plus: I definitely saved money already. I sometimes need to change pads twice to three times a day, because I leak a lot.They are bigger than most disposable ones, but for me this is a plus.The only downside is that they are visible if you are wearing very tight t-shirts.Best breast pads I ever had!

Pads are a good size but aren't shaped so do ruffle under clothes ...
Pads are a good size but aren't shaped so do ruffle under clothes and can give you're breasts a funny shape if just worn under soft clothing. They do seem to draw moisture away well and absorb leaks well BUT when you have sore cracked nipples this isn't what you want and they stick to any sore areas which is quite painful and doesn't help healing so I have had to stop using them. Would be great if nipples were intact and not sore.

Stop wasting money on disposables and buy these now!!
I bought these as I didn't want to keep spending a fortune on disposable pads and I also like to do my bit for the environment, plus I thought the bamboo would be much kinder on my sore nipples!I am very impressed with them and will not be going back to disposables! They are lovely and soft, easy to wash in with the babies bits and very comfortable.Only downside, as other reviews have mentioned is that the seems really show if you are wearing a tight fitting top. But this really doesn't bother me too much. Just would be nice if the seems were a bit less visable.
