I've been using these vitamins for years. They are a good value as they have more in the bottle than other brands. I always bought them at Costco until they stopped carrying almost everything I bought from them. Just not worth the membership price. I've been with Sam's Club much longer, and their easier to get into and out of.

Best multi vitamin for +50. Been taking it for years. Only wish it were sold in Canada

Kirkland brand purchases seem always great products for less.

You may want to break in half or take on alternate days if vitamin levels get too high.

These are a part of the must haves. The older I get the less of the needed vitamins might come from my food. This is a just in case I am not eating right kind of thing.

Take 2 a day. Good stuff
