Best multi vitamin for +50. Been taking it for years. Only wish it were sold in Canada

Hard to swollow.
The outer surface seems to immediately dissolve and the pill is like sandpaper. It seems to stick to your tongue and will not go down. I had to take a big gulp of water and swirl the pill around and gulp it down.

Kirkland Vitamins
I've been using these vitamins for years. They are a good value as they have more in the bottle than other brands. I always bought them at Costco until they stopped carrying almost everything I bought from them. Just not worth the membership price. I've been with Sam's Club much longer, and their easier to get into and out of.
