Very comfortable
Our kid can fall asleep with it. So nice to have that option for her—and it folds back up quickly. Wasn’t hard to figure out how to install, despite, as previously mentioned by other buyers, the instructions aren’t great.

Easy to install and very handy
Ordered this for my daughter before our long trip. And I'm amazed how handy and useful this was. She could sleep without interruption. Easy to put together and comfortable to adjust in any car. Price was also reasonable and I highly recommend it

Not what I expected
I thought the middle part would be an actual cushioned rest. Instead, it is made to hold the head between the two pieces. I ended up putting this in the back for my grand so when he sleeps, his head stays straight. It works well for that.

No more neck kinks
We travel quite a bit between Los Angeles and San Diego to visit my in-laws. It's about a three hour drive and the kids alway fall asleep during the ride. My youngest daughter would get kinks in her neck because her head would flop to one side as she slept. I've tried neck pillows that fall out of place. I've tried the pillows that attach to the seat belt but it wasn't big enough to hold her head up. When I saw this headset pillow, I had to give it a try. It is just the solution I was looking for. It comes down on both sides so no matter which side her head flops, it's covered. When not in use, you can push it up and out of the way. My daughter hasn't complained about neck pain ever since we've gotten this headrest. A must have for long car rides.

Long road trip solution
This is a good travel accessory. I got this one for my teen for the long road trip and this car seat served its purpose. This block-colored car seat accessory assembly did not take much time and pretty easy with the provided instruction. This car seat has a good foam support and quality PVC leather cover. This served simply like an adult shoulder when the teen is sleeping. Kids always used to get neck pain with the long road trip, because the head will go to one side when they sleep. They used to have neck pillows, but not very helpful. Since this car seat design covering both sides provides good comfort when sleeping. Other big plus is, when not in use, this seat can be pushed up and on the headrest side. This totally took away the neck pain during the long road trip. This would be good for a adult or a tall teen and not for a toddler.
