I take two a day (am/pm) with good results for several years. My daughter's both take them also.

Digestion Ache's
So, I usually take 50 Billion Horbach. Since, I couldn't find it on Amazon for awhile. I, fell upon this product and price point/quantiy. Right, trying someting new right? However, after taking for awhile. Made my digestion worse and painful. Not a full probiotic. This may work for others just not me. Reminder: Read don't hurry on a probiotic.

Clean feeling
I know this going to sound weird. I feel cleaner. Things seemed to flow better. From even going to the bathroom. Or even after a shower. Its like the garbage is leaving the body. I will be ordering more. This is what I was missing.
