I got this for my friends kid who has a morbid interest in skeletons. Sizing from the photos was accurate, nice and realistic. I don’t think many are buying these for kids, but fair warning, the jaw has a very tight spring inside holding it shut. If you open it and let it close on your finger, it hurts significantly. So just be careful with that. Still gets 5 stars because it’s not intended for kids and that was my fault lol.

Honestly, this is excellent for the price. It's a nice, solid build. It feels like a decent quality plastic and everything is securely attached. The jaw is attached via a very strong spring and the teeth are what lock it into place, so you CAN move it if it's out of alignment. The only downside is that the skull plate, which is detachable, isn't perfectly flush. It is securely attached though and everything lines up. I plan on sanding it down a bit so the fit is more seamless. For the price, I can't even take a star. I think this is an outstanding item, great for artists, and great for the price.

Got this for drawing realistic skulls. Perfect size and seems like an accurate representation. Also just pretty cool overall as a desk paper weight

Nice skull for anatomy study but lower jaw hard to open and close

It has a great size the weight is very nice it's very little The value for the money is wonderful. It's a top quality, it's appearance is like a miniature human skull. AS occupational therapy flunks biology and anatomy twice in college I know what the human skull looks like. It's versatile they use it first as a forensic science report. In high school then they use it on the final. Then the high schooler uses it for the fun of it just to have a mini human skull sitting on her shelf How fun is that.

Appears realistic. . . . or rather like other pictures of skulls. The spring allows the lower jaw to move.

great little model. keep it on my art supply shelf and refer to it for reference often.
