Do you detect any hard crunchy pieces when eating something with this in? My current McCormick does :(

So far I have really liked the flavor and have not detected any pieces. I have used this in my apple pies and in my alfredo sauce. Of course in each instance it was only 1/2 tsp.

The label doesn't say.But it is certified organic. is this vanilla extract contains alcohol?

to my knowledge there is no vanilla extract or alcohol in nutmeg
