Perfect Solution for Work Essentials & Back Support
Since being diagnosed with a bulging disc at L5-S1, I can no longer carry a bag or backpack with my laptop and work-from-home supplies. I spent over a week researching mobile office bags and kept coming back to this one. Knowing the Samsonite name, I felt confident it would be worth the investment—and it absolutely is. When it arrived, I couldn’t be happier with my choice. It fits everything I need: my laptop, second screen, laptop lap desk, cords, mouse, clipboard with paperwork, business flyers, pens, and still has plenty of room left. Everything has its own place, which makes staying organized so easy. The bag feels very durable, the wheels roll smoothly, and the retractable handle is sturdy and convenient. The straps are a great added bonus as well. I have zero regrets about this purchase and fully expect to use it for many years to come.

I absolutely love this bag
I am in a graduate program and I have a lot of books, a laptop, and iPad, and other school supplies. Most of the people in my program use rolling bags. I had one in the past but it was outdated and starting to look old. I wanted one that was more functional for me and this one met every need. I absolutely love this bag. The wheels are perfect when you are on the go and it feels pretty sturdy. I can't compare it to others on the market, but it is great for what it is. As a student the price did seem a little steep, but I had an Amazon gift card from graduation for about half the price so it helped me out. Either way if you have the money definitely invest, it's worth it. This bag is definitely made for student or office work, the accordion framework gives way for books and papers and school supplies alike. I would not recommend it for much traveling because it's more sturdy on the inside with the dividers being straight up and down. Basically there's no big open cavity. It is great if you like to stay organized because it has a spot for just about everything you need for a mobile office. It also looks pretty cute, I have gotten a lot of compliments on it, and again compared to my last bag the wheels are a lot more convenient. I've had it for about a month and no problems yet. I never write reviews so this one is a first, it made a big impact so I decided to write about it. I will definitely be updating if anything goes wrong before the semester is over, but so far so good.

5 star rating for my Samsonite Spinner
I really like the Samsonite Spinner! It is appealing to the eye and holds all of my stuff. I can even carry my water bottle and snacks easily. The Spinner accommodates my 15.6 laptop and there is enough space for me to cover my laptop with its stretchy zippered case before I put it in. The Spinner rolls freely and telescope handle adjusts nicely and is at the perfect height when fully extended. The handles are padded and long which makes it easy to carry when not being rolled. At this point I have only used it about 4/5 times over the past month and am hoping it will continue to serve me well. I had a different Samsonite case before this one which I liked but the padded handles wore out prematurely and I now need to get them repaired. That is not an easy process so I am hoping the Spinner handles hold up well! That part remains a disappointment for me with Samsonite. With their long history of making luggage and business bags you would expect them to be more customer friendly and put stronger handles on business bags! Yes, they say they will repair their products while still under warranty but you need to be near a service center to make that happen. For me that is an hour or more away. I actually got the Spinner so I would have something to use while the other bag is being repaired. I looked at dozens of other bags for a replacement but came back to Samsonite because the construction is sturdy and holds its shape and the body holds up well under lots of constant use. At this point I would give my Spinner 5 stars for construction, looks, and ease of use!

Great bag, holds my portable office gear, smooth wheels, easy to use
This is a "mobile office" spinner bag. I spent months trying to find the right spinner bag to carry everything I needed to be able to carry a portable office with me. I have now taken it on 2 trips and am pleased with it so far. 1 minor issue with the telescoping handle, otherwise it's exactly what I was looking for. Pros: +The 8 wheels (2 per corner) roll smoothly, even on carpet. When it's on carpet, it likes to go a little sideways but is not difficult to maneuver. When on tile/solid surfaces, it's a dream. +There are 2 main pockets. The rear one is larger and when fully unzipped, sort of opens the entire case. It has a few separations for files/paperwork/folders, but I love the generous main compartment for my tech gear. I also put some toiletries in there during my last trip. There's plenty of room. The middle compartment is more for a laptop. It has 2 separations, which I took advantage of because I travel with a mobile monitor. It was perfect for me! +The front compartment was perfect for office incidentals like pens, phones, business cards, etc. I kept my earbud case in there as well for easy access. It is surprisingly roomy for a slotted pocket of that nature. +I love the hinged handles. They're sturdy and they were never in my way. They come with a snap clasp so they're not flopping all over the place. +In general, it's well constructed with traditional nylon fabric. All the seams are strong with no fraying. The zippers are smooth and secure. +I was so glad to have the strap on the back to slide it on top of my larger suitcase. I felt very organized when traveling alone. +Even when fully packed, it fit nicely under the plane seat in front of me. +I was able to get it in blue. So much nicer than the traditional black. +It comes with a leather identification tag. Cons/Criticism: -I have a love/hate relationship with the telescoping handle. I love that it locks into multiple positions, so it's great for shorter people as well as those who are tall. My problem with it is that it seems a little wobbly when it's fully extended and I had multiple instances where one side/the other sort of gave way/wasn't locked properly. -At full price, it seems a little pricy for similar items. I was fortunate that I waited to purchase it on a Black Friday sale and felt the sale price was fair for the quality.

One of my best purchases on Amazon
This spinner is undoubtedly one of my best purchases on Amazon. I waited approximately 10 months to write this review to assess its quality and durability. It is definitely worth the investment! The spacious design includes multiple compartments, making it perfect for organizing items for the office, such as a laptop and a small lunchbox. It spins smoothly, allowing for effortless movement without the need to drag it, and you can place an additional bag on top to avoid carrying extra weight. Although the handle initially seemed fragile, it has held up well and is still working perfectly. The trolley is stylish, beautiful, compact, and doesn’t take up much space in a room. It’s also easy to lift and carry when needed. Overall, this has been one of my top purchases on Amazon.

Lovin' My Spinner Mobile Office
This works exactly as I expected based on other reviews I read prior to purchasing. This is what I have found with the spinner mobile office: 1) this bag will not fit in the overhead compartment on an airplane, so you must put it under the seat in front of you, which leaves little leg room, 2) the zipper on the largest compartment does stick a little, and based on other reviews, I try to be very careful so as to not break it, 3) reviews stated issues with the handle, but I've not encountered any, and the handle seems stable to me, 4) the wheels roll easily on the street and in the office, 4) fits my laptop and still room for files, a couple paperback books, a small bag of snacks, or a light sweater, and 5) my back and shoulders are oh so happy! May 2020 - Still using my Samsonite Spinner with no issues. While sheltered in place due to COVID-19, I’ve had to telework. The Samsonite has been to handy. There’s room for my laptop, files, big chief pads, and pens and post it note pads. I can roll it where I need it. This is a great product.

Great Mobile Office, So Far
I spent way too much time reading reviews of rolling briefcases prior to buying this, but here's another review. My decision finally came down to price and feminine style, and this bag is fine on both counts. It's not easy being a mobile office... mine gets dragged endlessly across rough parking lots, bouncing tile floors (with the accompanying noise), over curbs, on airport x-ray belts, in and out of overhead compartments, up ramps, through puddles, and in and out of cars. The most common complaint in reviews of all mobile offices was poor durability, which is my only concern about this bag. The telescoping handle is finicky after just a few months and I've had to tighten screws in the handle a few times. I think the wheels are most likely to fail long before the rest of the bag shows any wear and tear. If so, I hope there is a way to replace the wheels without buying a whole new bag. Other than my premonition that it may not stand the test of time, it is a great bag! The stitching is strong, the zippers work great, the handles work fine for carrying it upstairs, the tablet pocket in front is soft and holds an iPad 2 Air inside a keyboard case, the laptop pocket easily holds a larger laptop. The organizers in front hold all the office supplies I need and the pockets in the laptop area help prevent tangled chargers. The lining is nice and the light color makes it easy to locate items. The back pocket will hold several thick files, but cannot accommodate more than one or two full 1 1/2" binders, due to their rigidity. The bag remains upright properly even when fully loaded, except if I open the back compartment too wide in a rush and leave it open. The black color hides the inevitable dirt kicked up onto the bag. I've gotten several compliments from ladies who liked the style, as most rolling briefcases are too large, masculine, and boxy. Even though I'm itinerant and constantly on the road, I don't care to look as if I'm moving or using a suitcase as I travel from site to site. Guess who really likes this bag? My chiropractor! On a few occasions, the doctor lifted my purse and was dismayed at the weight that put on my shoulders - I can't imagine the scolding he would give me if he hefted the fully loaded (but cute) designer tote bag that I used to carry. I'm strong and athletic and have always accepted that lugging stuff around was part of my career, but seriously, it is really nice to only lift the bag when needed and leave it on wheels the rest of the day! Also, when I think of how many times that heavy tote bag cut into my shoulder while people stopped me to discuss something; I unconsciously cut conversations short due to the weight (come on, you know you have done that if you are still reading this longwinded review!). One of the best features of this bag is having four spinner wheels. They roll smoothly and fairly quietly on smooth surfaces, the weight is not on the hand and wrist as it is with two-wheeled bags, and having the handle upright enables moving the bag while holding another essential, Starbucks coffee (reusable carafe, of course!), in the same hand. For flights, the telescoping handle has several different heights, so it can be lined up perfectly with my carry on suitcase, placed back to back, and both bags roll easily with one hand. It also has a strap on the back to lift it onto the handle of the carry on; it sits on top of a hard case suitcase without tipping over. Overall, this is a great mobile office, so far. To the folks at Samsonite, I would feel more confident about fully recommending this bag if there was an advertised means for replacing the wheels and handle. Also, perhaps there is a way to add a water bottle holder without destroying the lines of the bag; my purse is heavier now, because the water bottle I carried in the tote bag is now in my purse. If I'm not carrying too many files, a 20 oz. bottle (also reusable, of course!) fits into the rear compartment, but I end up dehydrated because it is embarrassing to squat while wearing a dress and open the bag every time I would like a drink of water. Perhaps a zip out holder, like the ones Targus puts on laptop bags, or an elastic pocket on the back of the bag? If these weaknesses are resolved, even if the price is a bit higher, this mobile office would be perfect.

Great laptop bag for travelling
This bag was great for travelling with my work laptop. Feels like good quality. The only real flaw I found with it is that it won't stay upright when the laptop is in the laptop sleeve, and the zippers are open - it's not very well balanced. Otherwise, I really like this bag. It fits in the overhead compartment of small planes, too.

Super schick!
