Wont run off with your wife.
Unlike a traditional pool boy, this little robot lacks good looks and charm.Pros: long battery life, convenient charging, good suction, thorough cleaning.Cons: leaves some fine dirt, long palm fronds and rocks.Overall: solid machine, my pool was filthy when I received this. I had just finished a renovation project and hadn’t cleaned my pool in months. There was a lot of debris and dirt in the pool. Cleaned daily for a week, pool is back to looking fantastic. Navigates the odd shape well. Cleans my Baja step and the seating areas just fine. I still will have to sweep occasionally but it’s a day and night difference. I don’t find the surface cleaning function useful. I wish the custom mode had more freedom to add or delete functions. App is easy otherwise.Price point is high, hopeful it lasts. My only concern is longevity. I haven’t tried other brands so nothing to compare to.

Beatbot aquasense pro
Right out of the box it did an amazing job doing our kidney shaped pool. Very expensive, basket will hold alot of debris, easy to clean, not that heavy as others have said. Will diffently save time brushing etc.

App has a Horrible user interface!
And the manual isn't that helpful eitherThe instructions say to use the scan feature in the app to connect the Beatbot to the WiFi.But it was non-obvious at all how to get to the scan. I figured out to swipe right to get to the scan pageAlso, customer service was confused, too. They thought the problem was with the wifi.Ugh

The worst purchase
Way too over priced! The product is absolutely junk, and stopped working only a couple months after purchasing. Customer service pushed me from person to person I was supposed to get a call back and they just closed my ticket! I want my money back but is past the refund on Amazon which is crap as well! DO NIT BUY!

Not Worth the Price
It does not do a great job of cleaning the floors, so it likely isn’t cleaning the walls too well, either. My stairs never get cleaned or doesn’t appear so. The floors to my rectangular shaped pool should be easy to clean & pristine with an equipment at this price point. Never fails that I have dirt &/or spiders/beetles, etc. remaining on the floor after a clean. In addition, I have no landscaping (plants, flowers, or trees) around my pool, so the job of cleaning should be very easy. My pool cleaner that gets plugged into my skimmer at a price point of about $500-$700 does a way better job than this unit. I’m completely disappointed in the results. If I could return it, I would.

A workhorse!
So far this Robot is a workhorse. I call it Bruiser. I do wish there were an option for just a surface clean. Now to simply skim the surface of junk, which I do manually every few days, you have to go through hours of other kinds of cleanings which, a lot of times, are just not that pressing. But it has the ability to be upgraded with software so lets hope they add a “Skim surface only” option.

Conflicted On Positive Opinions Of This
Several other reviews have lots of positivity regarding performance of the Beatbot, I'm struggling to find that aspect. Been a pool owner for 13 years, using a Dolphin Edge corded pool vac for the past 12. This is what I'm using as somewhat of a comparison along with a Wybot C1 cleaner. For starters, I only need something that cleans the floor, so I used the Eco option. After using the Wybot, it left numerous scratch marks on all four corners of the pool, particularly in the one shallow end corner as well as one of the deep end corners & yes, our liner is seated properly in the corners. Never had this problem with our Dolphin, so I discontinued using the Wybot & was discouraged from using the Beatbot for cleaning the walls because I don't want to damage the liner (just had it replaced in spring of 2020). I realize using this option the Beatbot won't surface, which is fine. I still had debris on my 18x36 inground pool when it was finished & I used this option three times & all three times, it needed a charge, which according to the instruction, it should run on a longer charge than just two 125 minute cleaning cycles. I then decided to switch the cleaning to the "Custom Mode" on the app, cleaning the floor twice (like the Eco mode does) thinking maybe it'll last longer between charges. Not only did it only clean the floor twice, but the battery drained & I had to charge it before running it again to clean. From my understanding, the "Custom Mode" should have cleaned the floor more than twice over a two week span as well as surface when thru cleaning, which it failed to surface. For the cost of this product, which was about double the price of our corded Dolphin Edge, either I'm doing something incorrectly or the Beatbot has a faulty battery. Aside from this, it's very easy to clean & retrieving it from our 10' deep end isn't a problem using the hook on a telescoping pole. The charge time is accurate per the instructions also. There were several other things I noticed that I felt should have been mentioned in the instruction booklet. As for customer service, the first time I emailed them, I got an efficient clarified response. When I called, I felt there was a bit of a language barrier which prevented my question being sufficiently answered. Upon emailing them a second time, which was a week ago, I'm still awaiting to hear from them. The whole Bluetooth aspect is definitely handy & not having to worry about your cord getting tangled id also another bonus too. But at the end of the day, I still prefer my Dolphin Edge corded vacuum to a Bluetooth controlled pool vacuum when it comes to operation.

Efficient cleaner
This cordless pool cleaner robot is a game-changer—it's incredibly easy to use, efficiently cleans every corner of the pool, and holds a charge long enough for a thorough job. It has significantly reduced the time and effort I spend maintaining my pool. The only downside is that it's a bit heavy and tricky to lift out of the water, but the cleaning results are well worth the extra effort.
