A brilliant product. This is really easy to use and last ofr a very long time. We have tow and the first one was bought 7 years ago and still works perfectly. The slimline build means you can carry it in your pocket or in the car easily, ready for checking those livestock fences.

It is extremely difficult to access the battery on this item. You have to depress two small pieces of plastic, which are too small to depress by hand, and too far apart to reach with one hand. If you use two hands, with a pointed tool in each hand, you then need a third hand to withdraw the battery cover - and few people have three hands. It took two people working together, plus 15 minutes of scratching our heads about how best to do it, to actually remove the battery cover. I used to be a Chartered Engineer, and I know bad design when I see it.
