The tool was good for what I wanted but the end pulled off when I removed it from the plug no big deal to fix but I didn’t expect it to come off

They wouldn't fit any of my motorcycles, so not suitable?

This Format of ignition test has been around as long as the Engine and the reason is, it works well and is faultless in its performance.Simply pull off an ignition lead and fit the test lead in between, you now have a light that references the exact point of ignition.One important observation, a large section of the shaft which you insert into the plug cap will be exposed and its not insulated, It obviously should not be touched during use and a rubber insulating sleeve would be beneficial. Also the bulb does not seat squarely on the end of the shaft and I intend to alter this by drilling into the end to create a better seating.That apart it works really well

You get a pair of quite simple spark testers.The lead and probe quality seem fine for the job they are used for , I was a bit concerned with the simple bulb and spring setup, if the bulb blows where can you get a replacement from ? Others I have used have a neon light which seem to last forever ?That niggle out the way I have tested both of these and they do work , and being that the lead and probe have a bit of length you can use them on modern day cars with the plugs buried in the cylinder headGood value for money and will come in handy in my toolbox , lets hope the bulbs last !
