Super easy to use and great for light therapy for my autistic son and me for chronic pain & fatigue

Red light therapy was suggested to me through my holistic doctor and also my surgeon. So I done research and come to find out red light therapy can actually penetrate through the skin to the muscles into the tissue and heal faster. I have had six surgeries and 2 1/2 years and this is the first time I have ever use red light therapy and I can say it is a game changer in the healing process. If you go through surgery or multiple surgeries, this is a must have item in your home. I just sent mine up at the end of my couch where it’s out of the way and nobody can touch it, and I said in front of it for the time it says with my glasses on and I think it does a wonderful job and I don’t think it’s just a oh I’m using red light therapy. It’s going to heal me thought I actually see results after so many surgeries and first time using red light therapy. I highly recommend this product for anybody who has had a surgery or has had multiple surgeries , it is wonderful super easy to use the quality. I can’t really give a good review since this is the first one I’ve ever owned, but it is not heavy at all. It is made of plastic and lights. It is very relaxing and super easy to use. I always unplug mine after I use it per the instructions. I love it and I highly recommend it.

I bought this to use while on treadmill . SetupWas very easy & it appears to be a nice device . I rated only 4 stars because I cannot attest to any benefit because I didn’t use it. . It just isn’t high enough to put in front of my treadmill (for me to use it on my face while I walk.

This is best Red light therapy lamp I've tried. It does not irritate my skin at all. It doesn't heat, just only gets mildly warm but make me very soothing and confortable. I found the comments said that only half the lights is working. But the instructions states there are 75pcs of 660nm LED's that are bright, and 75pcs 850nm LED's that are "Invisible Dim." So, if you buy one and see that every other light isn't working on it... that's not a defect. That's how the device is made according to the instructions.Have been using this for a short period of time and have already seen great results.I’ve noticed a significant reduction in muscle soreness after workouts, and my skin looks smoother and more radiant. Some friends told me that my skin tone is better than before. The device is also helping with inflammation and scar reduction. My husband sleep quality improved after using it for 3 days.To be honest, I've tried a lot of red light therapy devices and this one is a really good unit for the price. More expensive units will give you more light options and a heavier light box. This device, gives a large, light weight light box and one light option. In addition, the stand is pretty sturdy, If you bump it, it might fall over, but it will not fall on its own. For a current price, you will be hard-pressed to find a unit like this. I am going to get the another one to my parents for their arthritis.

It's not salon grade intense, so I think more time to achieve desired results are needed. So far, I don't see any changes.
