Doesn't work and when it gets cold it turns your lip greasy White. Best to use it in the summertime. But it does moisturize your lips. But I only bought it for the hyperpigmentation and it didn't do his job so that's why it gets one star

To talk or not to talk, that is the question.
Moisture levels high but balm is thin. Talk and it’s gone. Not lasting. Tingles when first applied.

Used it and it did nothing fir my lips. I could only wear it in the house cause it make your lips look a weird drab color.
