Good kit
Bought this to carry on a competition shooting belt. Cost about 1/3 of what something similar costs. Works as intended. Save your money for training on its contents. More value in the training.

Fantastic pouch
I was able to fit a 1x Combat Gauze, 1 Sof T TQ, 1x Compact chest seal twin pack, some 2x2 gauze, a pair of gloves. I put a CAT Tq in the TQ holder and some trauma shears behind the molle. The shears will probably need a small piece of velcro to stay put. But overall pretty good.People have said this is small. It is much larger than the pull out style ifaks most guys put on their battle belts.
