BEST VIDEO ABOUT TODAYS AND YESTERDAYS FOOD INDUSTRY. BASICALLY THERE ARE ONLY 10 MEGA COMPANIES THAT CONTROL ALL THE GROCERIES IN THE USA...AND THEY DON'T PLAY BY THE RULES!!!

Important Doc for Everyone
This documentary was informative and interesting. It was also hopeful talking about all the good that is being done about the food system in the US. I can’t put my finger on it but I felt like something was missing from this movie though. Maybe there weren’t enough examples of how factory farms are hurting the environment (there were some for sure though). Maybe I thought it was too nice. All in all though it’s worth a watch.

Eye opening movie
Talks about dieting and how we go about dieting all wrong. Also goes into foods and processing.

Well worth the watch - several times at that!
Loved this one even better than the first. Very eye opening on food and the brain. I have been sharing facts and tidbits from this for months since seeing it. Need to watch again!!!

Good Info!
Food Inc 1 was better and more informative, however, this was worth renting and watching. Watched twice to be sure I didn't miss anything. Suggest watching both 1 and 2.

So good. A little political
Showed this to my high school health class. Let's just say after watching it I had a high school boy show me a picture the next week of the freezer full of hand packaged meat he had his dad buy from a local farm. What a huge impact!
