Very secure once on and I am not worried about the backings coming loose. What’s not advertised in the listing is that the posts are 10K solid gold. And the rest of the setting and backings are S925 sterling silver. They are a nice size, not tiny and not huge. Definitely noticeable, which is how I like my earrings to be. For 10K posts, these are so affordable and very nice quality.
