I'm a mom and I work full time so stress is generally part of my life. At the suggestion of a friend, I've been looking for a supplement to help with stress relief. I gave this one a try. I like the easy to swallow capsules. It doesn't leave an after taste that I find with some supplements. The all natural vegetable capsules are made with non-gmo products and that is important to me as a consumer.I started taking these last week to possibly help out with the increased stress of the holidays. I do notice that I have more energy (being tired would just add to my stress) and I'm calmer overall.

I had my exams coming up and was not able to stop stressing the whole time. I looked for many solutions but these pills were the only one that worked. Not only did I feel more relaxed but thanks to them I was also able to focus more easily. Definitely would recommend!
