Wrong size!
This is NOT 1/4" bar. If you need 1/4" DON'T BUY!

One bar has rough side with deep scratches.
Using as flat 3/16” spacers for siding install. So perfection wasn’t necessary.But packaging inside bag was already open and bad side of product covered by other piece. Definitely damaged on one. The other doesn’t have a perfect finish but it is adequate.Definitely 3/16” deep though, so there is that.

Aluminum Bar Stock, Alloy Unclear
This aluminum is pretty dimensionally accurate and the finish is acceptable. The listing lacks any indication of alloy and I don't know how to do metallurgical analysis to confidently identify it, so the best I can do is assume it is pure aluminum.
