Just received this, and was initially disappointed to see that it is a powder, not a liquid extract. Powdered forms contain less total fatty acids than liquid extracts and might not be as effective, particularly for conditions like hair loss and prostate health. That said, I'll give it a go and adjust the review if warranted.

Taking for about a month and haven’t noticed any appreciable difference in flow or number of times up at night.

Have been using saw palmetto for several years and for me it works. I bought this brand over other I have been using. The ingredients are the same only a little higher dose at a lower price. As soon as you open the bottle the smell is awful. Heavy chemical odor and the pills taste of chemicals. Threw them away and went back to my original ones. Don't know why the smell or taste, but my other ones don't have it. Would not buy again, not worth it to me not knowing what that chemical is!
