Light weight ,well made in a neat carrying case

This was not a good product. The design/idea/transportability is good, however it was pointless to take with me on my trip as it did not work at all. The little light would come on if I wiggled or held it in the outlet, but it would not work with being held. Very unreliable and it was a waste of effort and resources. I just left it in the country I was in and didn't bring it back. I should have brought it back to return to Amazon, but I did not.

Purchased this because I didn't want to buy a power adapter and voltage converter separate. I live in the US and traveled to the Netherlands, Belgium, France and the UK. I used it to charge my phone and for my hair dryer and small clothes steamer and it worked perfect for both. It's compact and it comes in a small pouch. When used as a voltage converter I felt it got a little hot, just barely noticeable, I'm not sure if it was normal but like I said I had no problems at all. Recommended.

Appliances with 110V voltage can run smoothly, but the output wattage may be too small, causing the operating speed to be unable to adjust to normal performance.

if i could give zero stars I would - on a trip to Italy this product failed to work even though described as compatible - very disappointed. unfortunately i purchased in October 2024 but my trip was not until March 2025 so not able to return — do not purchase !! waste of money- lesson learned do not purchase items to far in advance

It seems like every time I take an international trip I purchase an adapter and converter. I seem to forget that I already have one, but on a recent trip I found several old ones that were very heavy and cumbersome. This converter is very lightweight, simple and easy to use, and packs into a small space in the suitcase. It was all I really needed on a recent international trip.

The adapter/converter came in very handy for my trip to Spain & Europe. I highly recommend the product and its’ efficiency.

I bought this voltage converter (and a second one) specifically for a trip to London. They not only did not work with our toothbrushes, meaning my husband and I could not recharge the brushes which ran out of power during the trip. To make matters worse, both of our recently bought toothbrushes no longer work and have had to be replaced!! We followed the instructions carefully, setting the voltage converter switch correctly. We are now left with out of pocket expenses of several hundred dollars!! Do not buy this product without first doing your own research. It does not work as advertised!To make matters worse, the (extremely short) return window was closed by the time we returned! Do not buy this!!!
