Didn’t start taking effect til started 3x/day in 1st 2 weeks as instructed. Taking pills BID now and what an improvement. Great not increasing sugar intake too much. Healthy ingredients. Doc told me I can do a lab test to check cholesterol in 6 months. Might or wait for a year. Whatever convenient.

I’ve been trying to cure my incontinence I’ve tried different things Jude made it doubly worse. I had it pretty well under control until JudeSo I went back to my saw palmetto and bladder regulator which pretty much keeps it in check

Need more time to make a judgement.
I haven't been using it until about 2 weeks ago, so don't need any more auto shipments as have 2 pkgs. left at this time.I think it is beginning to help, but not as much as I thought it would.

The Best On The Market!
In just a week and a half I noticed an improvement. I’ve been using the product now for a little over 2 weeks and I do not have to wear “piddle pads” any more. I love this product and highly recommend it.
