Love this ladder for use in multiple situations where a taller or shorter stationary ladder isn't needed. I've used mine several times already; very easy to use and nicely portable. I love that it comes with two self-aligning feet making it very secure and stable. Be aware, it's not super lightweight and doesn't have a carry handle, but it's still much easier to carry around than a 6 foot step ladder or 16 foot extension ladder! Extends to the height you want easily, locks in place securely, and collapses to a compact size without much effort. A great ladder to have for any homeowner!

I got this because my other latter is bulky and a pain to carry. This works great! A little sketchy if you’re closer to the top it feels like it might bend in half but it won’t!

First, the largest tube is 75mm OD, not 85mm as advertised. Distance between rungs is 15.5" on the 16.5' ladder. Ladder has lots of flex without even climbing it. Very springy as you climb. Ladder is lighter than I expected. I bought this mainly for quick jobs and getting on a roof, not for spending long hours working from a ladder. Note the reviews that show snapped ladders are all silver aluminum models used by climbers who extended the top portion's smallest tubes. If you don't need the ladder's full height, open the largest tubes at the bottom and keep the unused stack at the top where the tubes are smallest. I chose black because some plastics are extremely strong - don't laugh - and reviews show no snapped black models. The mostly useless 7" wide plastic radius piece at top rung is on with rivets! Was hoping to remove it as it prevents full contact between the ladder and a flat surface.

Took it out of the box on 11/30 to put up Holiday wreaths. Rated for 20’ and 330lbs the first one 12’ over the garage was a little wobbly should have been my first clue, a lot of bowing. The next one a little higher 15’ made it where I needed to be then crack and I’m down on the ground, thankfully I landed on fresh mulch and not concrete pavers on the other side of the ladder, banged up hand, popped my knee, and to top it off wife broke a nail as she was bracing the bottom of ladder (another excuse for a nail appointment ! ). I would never recommend this type of ladder. Amazon was quick to refund my purchase the same day, there was no way to send it back as it would not collapse back down to normal height.

I know that most men my age probably worry about being up high on a ladder like this. Or if they don't they'll think about it. I've only used this twice since I bought it, but both times I didn't feel very grounded on it. Now that could be me, so please take my opinion with a grain of salt. But the ladder feels like it's about 90% secure. And I think that I want closer to 100% secure, which is what I get with a typical A frame ladder. But I know nothing about ladders, so again, take this review with a grain of salt.
