Baseline 12-1012 Plastic Goniometer, Finger, Flexion to Hyper-Extension

My son and DIL are using it to track post- op flexibility. Got the largest print of the #s that was av. Still a little hard to read if the light isn't just right.

I have been using this to measure my progress with range of motion following total knee replacement. I see a physical therapist twice per week who also uses this, but I like to measure each day to help me push a little more towards the goal of full range of motion (probably about 130-135 flexion for me and 0 degrees extension would be my goals). My husband does the measurements while I stretch and flex. One note: I notice that the measurements are somewhat variable depending on who is measuring. I have had physical therapists who get slightly different measurements within the same visit and my husband might also get a slightly different measurement, however; they are all within a few degrees of each other and I think it is the progress I am evaluating rather than the exact number.

Missing numbers on one arm and red scale numbers. Also, missing holes. It's almost the standard model with Hi-Res printed on it. Not worth the extra money charged.

For some reason, the picture has recently changed to a Digi-Flex, with a note that says "Image is representative of the product family."That's a stretch, Amazon. But whatever.This product is a GONIOMETER, not a Digi-Flex, used for measuring range of motion of joints. This one is great! The 12" size makes it great for ranging knees, hips, and shoulders. I'm in PT school, and having this bigger one makes life SO much easier. I decided to invest a little more than my classmates who were just buying the cheapest ones they could find. Theirs hardly survived the first semester - a lot of them cracked pretty badly. Mine is still going strong!

This goniometer was easy and lightweight to use. It also wasn’t floppy as a lot of other goniometers I’ve used in the past are. Overall did it’s job!

the gauge readings are so TINY for my old eyes... but it is ok for most measurements I do. Prefer the metal one and should have spent the extra on it in the first place. Not the best one out there but is working for me in a pinch.

The media could not be loaded.  Es un goniómetro muy, muy sencillo. Hay que tener claro que se tiene lo que se paga. Necesitábamos uno normalito y es lo que tenemos.No dejan de ser dos reglas de plástico muy fino con un remache que permite el giro entre ambas. Veremos si los números no desaparecen con el tiempo al igual que en las reglas del mismo material. Pienso que sí desaparecerán.Es más endeble de lo que podíamos imaginar, y espero dure el poco tiempo que lo necesitamos para prácticas. En un futuro, habrá que comprar algo más robusto, algo que quizás es lo que debiéramos haber hecho de partida.Espero que esta opinión te haya resultado útil.

Lo he usado poco pero no le he notado ningún defecto. Es ligero por lis materiales utilizados.
