Love the luggage tags. It gives my luggage that personal touch.

The first thing to note is that these luggage tags are somewhat unique, in that you can choose the letter displayed. That's certainly helpful at baggage claim -- less chance of someone taking your bag by mistake.I didn't find any stitching that was not sound; however in my 2nd photo you can see how the stitching is inconsistent, which detracts from the appearance. In the 3rd photo, I'm showing the tag strap. The strap is most important, since if it fails, your bag is no longer identifiable from the outside (with the exception of the baggage scan tag from the airlines. This strap is a thin "genuine leather", which as you probably know, is bonded scraps of leather from other leather processing. I pulled pretty hard on the straps to test the strength, and they seem to be strong enough, but I will given them a tug every time I check the bag to insure that it's holding up well.One thing I really liked is the fact that the tag insert is printed in two different directions so you can choose if you prefer portrait or landscape. I chose landscape, and the tag window displayed all of my writing on the lines with good margin if I went over by 10%. or more. Nice!Overall, I'm giving these tags 3 stars for good functionality, fair workmanship, and questionable robustness of the strap.

These are great and function as it should. Ordered this for my recent travel to India was able to have both address in the pocket with no issue so that I can switch it back when traveling back to states. These are pretty sturdy that they made it back in one piece that was on our checked bags.

These luggage tags are a nice way to add a personalized touch. The letter is prominent and made of soft fabric, much like the letter on a varsity jacket. The ID card window has good visibility, and the card inside can't fall out while the strap is in place.However, I have a few concerns. First, the glitter trim around the letters will almost certainly wear off over time (and probably a short time at that). Second, the buckle on the strap doesn't have a retaining belt for the free end of the strap, which makes me a little worried that it could come undone on its own. It might be a good idea to tape it in place. Third, the strap itself seems a little thin and flimsy -- again, raising the concern that the tag might just snap off during handling.

Arrived quickly and is great quality, especially for the price! Chenille letters feel securely attached.
