despite the promotion of shilajit this is the only testosterone booster that I trust, got this from my friend for the first time but now I'm regularly using this for muscle recovery, mood management and better sleep. It is really great and evergreen product from chamberofgods.

Look there many testosterone boosters online that do not work at all but this one contains the ingredients that are atleast proven to increase testosterone and I have been using these for the last 7 months and saw visible changes.

I tried these pills recommended by my friend. A bit about myself: I go to the gym regularly, every morning from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM. I take pre-workout, protein, and creatine, and I've been doing this for 2 years.After taking the pills for 30 days, I followed the instructions and took 2 pills every day—one in the morning before food and one after dinner. Here are the results:There were no significant improvements in my personal records (PR). Apart from experiencing deep sleep, I didn't notice any other benefits. (I use a Samsung smartwatch to track my sleep.)After 60 days, there was still no difference. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I feel these pills are only beneficial if you have trouble sleeping at night. Otherwise, you're better off sticking with pre-workout, protein, and creatine.P.S.: I noticed one difference in the latest version of the pills' instructions. The one I bought in November 2024 recommended taking the first pill on an empty stomach, while the pills in December 2024 suggest taking it after breakfast.
