Works great and tastes great
Fantastic, didn’t have to use as much as the recipe called for, so I have enough left over for another cake. I would recommend it…I used it in my cream cheese butter cream that I colored in purple

I made blueberry bread with it. Honestly, it did not have very strong blueberry taste, I used around 2-3 tbsp. The color turned out pretty good though. I will try using more next time or just use it as purple food coloring.

by USDA organic they actually mean Made in China... came dirty, with powder all over the outside of bag. No returns allowed. Don't let their farmer's market style labeling fool you
