These are great!! Took a few days to notice the difference, but it did curb cravings some and definitely helped with mood. My husband also was impressed with the difference in his mood, stress, and anxiety. We tried a cheaper one on here through Amazon, and it smelled so bad like chemicals horribly bad and it did absolutely nothing. We came back so quick to these!! Absolutely recommend from both of us!
