Wella ColorCharm Liquid #1210/12A Frosty Ash Hair Color (Case of 6)

Frosty Ash will give you just the silver blonde you want if you are going for that look. Use no color additives to achieve the silver color. If wanting a light gray color, use with cooling violet additive and you can’t go wrong achieving the color. I did silver and gray tones in mine to get a bit of depth and dimension going. So i was able to achieve silver, gray and dark gray color using the violet additive. The darker gray you want the more additive you use in it or you can even use the additive alone to get darker gray. I did all of that because Wella is just so flat and dull and It works really well and doesn’t fade too too much when washed using a silver/gray violet or purple shampoo and conditioner. I am using the Joico purple sham and cond on mine. I am really happy with the results of everything. I have never done silver or gray hair color before and was very nervous about how it would come out for me but it was pretty easy using these products. Very happy I chose this color and brand. The only thing I don’t like about Wella hair color is that it’s all kinda dull no matter what color you choose. There is no shine depth like how you would get in box dye like Feria or Nutrisse something like that and if shine is important to you, you will have to add it by using a clear dye or something like that for shine. I used Adore hair color in Clear.

Authentic product, reliable.

This is an amazing color. I use it as a toner after bleaching from a level 3 to a 9. I also use it as a refresher color to brighten up my blonde. I mix with a 20 vol developer and leave on about 20 minutes to cut out all the brass in my hair and brighten it up a shade. It also smudges my roots very well and mixed with a 20 I never see any damage. This is a better option than a traditional blue toner because it lasts longer and adds great shine while a lot of toners tend to be dulling on ashier shades. Great for orange tones also.
