Sole came out in 3 days
Look is good, but the quality is bad. Used for just 3 days and the sole came out. Photo attached. Riased for a return as it had 10 days return window. But they never came for pickup. The pickup keep on recheduling everyday (without attempting) for 10 days. After calling the customer care repeatedly for 3 times, finally i got the refund. The next day morning I itself they picked up the return. If i had not followed up the return, it would have automatically cancelled and i would not raise another return request as the return window was over by the time. Never faced such issues with Amazon. This time was really fustrating. The customer care was not that supportive...
