Perfect for Your Baking Needs!
This flour works well to thicken gravies but I did not like using it as well in corn muffins. Those fell apart for some reason and got all crumbly. The taste is good and two bags are a good value for the money. The flour was fresh and lasted a while! So for your baking needs like brownies and cookies this flour works, but not for corn muffins! ~The Rebecca Review
