I had an issue with my OEM Remote where the middle button sunk down which made the remote absolutely useless. I needed a replacement and this was absolutely perfect, synced up with my TV in like two seconds, and has performed perfectly.

Loads better than original control that came with LG tv, which isn't much use at all. This is very easy to use even with arthritic hands. The shape is better, so easier to hold, it reacts straight away, I've tried playing a couple of games with it and found it wasn't to bad. I would buy another . only thing I had a problem with was getting the back of to put the batteries in.

When buying this product beware as some of the LG remotes are not compatible with all LG television.I had to return this one to Amazon as the magic remote function did not work.The other remote functions worked that is why I gave 4 stars.To get the right one I had to have two goes at them.When purchasing this item there is no way you can know if you have the right remote.until you get the product home and trying it on your television.

I don't know why i had to purchase this remote control seperately, given that i couldn't access all functions on the LG TV once it was set up with the original remote that it came with. LG should be ashamed of themselves. However, the remote control works as it should and with an infrared pointing cursor, so this transforms the tv into something much better. I would recommend. Connecting it to the TV took all but 2 seconds and it was done. Thanks for getting it to me quickly Seller. This is why you have 5 stars!

Will only turn on smart tv, and control volume. Will open input list but not allow it to be altered. Nothing else works on my tv, no channel or feature selection. TV is hisense just over a year old. Instructions are basic.
