Impossible d'adapter sur une cheville gonflée. Placé sur une cheville saine, ne procure aucun soutient, ni maintient pour éviter une entorse. Matière trop fine pour un maintien correct.

Un bon maintien de la cheville , mais sinon n'apporte rien d'autre ,je doute sincèrement que ça soulage.Pour moi je trouve que cet article est un achat inutile.
