El producto es de la mas mala calidad, el divertidor es de plastico, no se puede ajustar, por que se rompe y liquea por los costados cuando de abre la llave de agus.La medida de la coneccion de la manguera del agua es muy pequena, y la tuerca de ajuste no sirve por que no se puede introducir la manguera para hacer la coneccion en la valvula, y ajustar .Total un producto que no sirve. Tengo 20 anos haciendo conecciones de filtros de agua y nunca vi un producto tan malo. NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE.

I have the chrome handle all metal version. Replaced a old push pull unit that feeds my drinking water filter. I Installed mine in Jan 2018 and as of May 2018 still is working fine. Not had any major issues at all , yet. One minor issue that bugged me though is the handle became loose about 2 months in and slowlybecame looser. I fixed this when it dawned on me there was a small plastic cap on end of the lever pivot that hides a phillips head screwbeneath (that holds the handle on). Well surprise surprise I fixed the loose handle by snugging that screw. NOt worth knocking points off my review, IMO. But shouldbe noted.

A 2 year life seems to be the max for most of these diverters and the lever style have generally had better water flow and longevity compared to the pull knob type. After a week I like this one better than any I have had in the past and am only withholding a star as longevity remains to be seen. Quality control seems to be an issue with any of these devices. I ordered the chrome lever version from the same vendor along with this one. The chrome lever version was heavier and looked more substantial but leaked and sprayed like crazy while this worked flawlessly. This replaced an Apex diverter that the first one I tried sprayed and leaked the same way while an identical replacement didn't leak but always had a troublesome gasket that would dislodge and spay from time to time. This one is worth a worth try.

I originally had a pull version diverter valve for my water filter that had started to leak. I bought another pull version from same vendor along with this rotating valve unit. The new pull version had a low flow rate and required pulling very hard to turn on, and pushing very hard to turn off fully (old one would reset itself as soon as the water was turned off).This rotating valve version has much greater flow rate both in the open to filter and open to the faucet positions. It has a solid quality feel and the valve is not too stiff. I did have to buy an additional adapter ring for it to work with my faucet.

Attached to counter top filter and the filter leaked as soon as the tap was turned on. Got the plumber to check but there was nothing wrong with installation. This one was a dud. Ordered another brand and that works fine.

Leaked from joint. Started a return and then I broke the handle and just decided to toss it out, canceled the return and got a better quality one at a hardware store. Needed this to work flawlessly for a countertop purifier at the kitchen sink setup.

This valve cutting my water flow by at least 50%.

Worked as the claims said? It worked for my application.
