Ce sont des pastilles aux arômes naturels. C'est plutôt rare. Un sucre d'orge bien réussi. L'arôme et l'acidité, parfaitement équilibrés, pénètrent au fond du bonbon. Je connais le sucre cuit au chaudron, l'arôme, l'acide et le colorant sont ajoutés après la cuisson du sucre. C'est une question de seconds et d'une cuisson parfaite. La forme de la pastille est aussi très agréable. Fabriqué en Allemagne. Prix à négocier. Le meilleur sucre d'orge que j'ai jamais goûté.
