I’ve been using the eufy Smart Scale A1 for a few months now, and it’s been a fantastic tool for tracking my health. What sets this scale apart is the range of 12 different measurements it provides—not just weight, but also body fat percentage, BMI, muscle mass, water percentage, bone mass, and more. This gives me a much clearer picture of my overall fitness and progress than a regular scale ever could.The Bluetooth connectivity is smooth and reliable. It syncs effortlessly with the eufyLife app on my phone, where I can track trends over time and get detailed insights. Setting it up was quick, and the app interface is clean and user-friendly.In terms of accuracy, the readings feel consistent and in line with other professional measurements I’ve had. The scale responds instantly when you step on it, and the backlit LCD display is easy to read, showing your weight clearly in either pounds or kilograms.Design-wise, the scale is sleek and minimalist in black with a tempered glass top, which fits nicely in my bathroom without looking bulky or cheap. It’s also solidly built and feels stable underfoot.The auto-recognition feature is a nice touch, especially when multiple family members use the scale; it tracks each person’s data separately without confusion.Overall, if you want more than just a number on your scale and are serious about monitoring your body composition, the eufy A1 is a great investment. It’s accurate, packed with features, and integrates well with your smartphone for ongoing motivation and health awareness.

Got this as a slightly bizarre ‘free gift’ bundled with some Anker earbuds (Anker and Eufy are part of the same company).The scales are fairly attractive and are sleek and easy to store out of the way if required.The app interface is simple and well laid out, and a great improvement on trying to squint at a display on the scales. I already had a Eufy doorbell and while the scales use a different app, it recognised my existing Eufy login.The app displays a wide range of parameters calculated from the electro-impedance measurement. (Fat, lean, muscle, water and bone masses, most as both total mass and %). Obviously these are a slight approximation based on standard factors and formulae to process the impedance result.In my case it appears to be out by about 10-20kg total weight, most of which it is assigning to fat (sigh!). (I knew there was a reason I haven’t had a set of scales for about a decade!!)Joking aside, the measurements seem consistent and depressingly plausible.The app also calculates BMI just to rub it in, and have the option to export the weight to your Fitbit profile so that you can compare it to your (in)activity log and draw your own conclusions.Bluetooth connection has been seamless as long as you open the app before stepping on the scales.As others have noted they don’t give measurements in stones. They also don’t give measurements in grains, drams, pennyweights, hundredweights, bushels or pecks.It does give lbs though so anyone who hasn’t managed to get to grips with metric measurements in the 60 yrs since they were introduced in the UK can easily get their slide rule out and divide by 14.

Brilliant value for money. As far as my understanding goes it only measures in KG and not LB and stone. But aside from this, the app is brilliant, easy connection and multiple members of the household can use the scales with the app sending the correct details to the correct person.Of time of purchase, I paid about £20 and find this was more than fair, I would say it wouldn’t be bad value for money at £30. I only took a star off for only measuring in kg but it could be me not calibrating the scales correctly.

Great scales. They work as soon as you stand on the scale. The app is easy to use and really helpful showing you all your stats you would a bmi machine in a doctors, and if not these scales give more info! Can change to lbs or kg it doesn’t matter either way. Can have multiple people on the app also. It’s really great and amazing value. Around the same price as the plain cheap ones you can get so you’re getting more for your money with these

Scales work fine. You have to work out stones as it only weights in kg or lb. App via phone was useless. After 1st connection it wouldn’t connect to the app so no tracking available. I deleted and tried again and again. Support from tech dept said delete and try again! A joke. They also asked me to video me doing this! How I do that whilst using my phone to add the app I’ll never know. It’s just a scales to weigh. No useful features at all.

Great bit of kit, especially for the price. The only negative is that it only does kgs or lbs and not stones, but no big deal. App works well

Very good scales. Very accurate and compact. Good app too. Easy to use. Arrived very quickly.

Lovely scales great with the app, I did return only because I wanted plain old stone and lbs and it didn’t do stones so I had too keep converting, but apart from that great features I would recommend
